Terms of Use

Momoo - Feeding & Pumping
Last updated: November 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between the person using Momoo ("you") and Devologies PVT LTD ("we", "us"), the maker of Momoo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Momoo.

1. What Momoo is

Momoo helps parents and caregivers keep track of breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeds and stored breast milk. It includes timers, history, reminders, and Ask, which answers questions about your logs and general feeding topics.

2. Not medical advice

Momoo, including Ask, gives general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, midwife, lactation consultant or other qualified professional. Always talk to a professional about your health or your baby's health. If you think your baby or you need urgent care, contact a doctor or emergency services right away. Don't delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read in Momoo.

Ask uses an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important with a professional.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Momoo. You can sign up with an email address and password or with Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@devologies.com if you think someone else has used it.

4. Caregivers

If you invite a partner or caregiver to your household, they can see and add logs for your baby. Pumping logs stay hidden from caregivers unless you choose to share them. Only invite people you trust, and you are responsible for who you invite. You can remove access at any time.

5. Subscriptions and free trial

Momoo requires a Momoo Pro subscription, bought through Apple In-App Purchase.

We use RevenueCat to check the status of your subscription. We may change prices or plans in the future; Apple will tell you before a price change affects you, as required.

6. Your content

The logs, notes, profile details and questions you add are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run Momoo for you (and for caregivers you invite), including sending Ask questions and a summary of your logs to our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We don't show ads, we don't track you across other apps or websites, and we don't sell your data.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy, and cannot be undone. We may also close accounts that have broken these terms, and we will tell you if we do.

10. Changes to the app and these terms

We keep improving Momoo, so features may change, and some may be added or removed. If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Momoo after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Disclaimers

Momoo is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Timers, reminders and summaries depend on your device, its settings and network, and may not always work as expected. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Devologies PVT LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Momoo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Momoo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Momoo or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If Momoo fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to Momoo, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.
